OPERA PMS is the MICROS Property Management System (PMS) used by the leading large hotel chains in Ireland. OPERA is used by The Radisson Hotels and Resorts (subsidiary of Carlson Companies), the Inter Continental Hotels Group, Crown Resorts, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, Marriott Hotels, Rydges Hotels and Travelodge Hotels. It is the successor to the popular Fidelio PMS.

Designed to meet the varied requirements of any size hotel or hotel chain, OPERA PMS provides all the tools reception or front office staff need for carrying out their day-to-day duties. The system allows front office or reception staff to handle reservations, check guests in and out, assign rooms and managing room inventory. It provides reception or front office staff with the ability to instantly accommodate the needs of in-house guests, and handle accounting and billing. The property management software is configurable to each property’s specific requirements and this program provides our learners with the knowledge and skill to operate the OPERA PMS effectively.
